It took 15 days to finish the installation and commissioning of WBS800 stationary subgrade concrete continuous mixing plant,as the project needs, the plant equipped with two continuous mixer (initial mixer and secondary mixer) to guarantee the special mixing design could be mixed evenly and quickly.

As it’s a turnkey project,we dispatched 3 after service engineers to the job site to do the preparation work before our machine arrived, and finally our teams completed the installation and produced the 1st batch materials 5 days ahead the schedule.
